Site Design
This site uses HTML 4 <link> elements in the page header for navigational purposes. Programs such as Opera and ELinks can use these for navigational hints.
For those using ELinks: the link titled “bookmark” at the top of the page will skip straight to the content. Unfortunately ELinks does not seem to use the title attribute of the <link> element. It uses its rel attribute, which happens to be bookmark.
For those using screen readers: the sidebar can be hidden completely, rather than retracted as usual: follow this link. This should remove it from the page altogether. There is a link at the top of the page to unhide the sidebar.
If there is a way I can change the design of the site to improve accessibility, do let me know.
